🥇 What Is the Signature Serve Invitational?
The ADI Signature Serve Invitational is where Texas’s elite distillers and bartenders unite for an unforgettable showcase of flagship spirits and mixology mastery.
Here’s how it works:

5 Texas distilleries will each be paired with one of the top 5 bartenders in Texas (selected through this challenge).

Each bartender will create a Signature Serve using their partner distillery’s flagship product.
-
Both bartenders and distillery reps will attend an exclusive educational webinar to learn the DNA of a Signature Serve — blending brand identity with cocktail creativity.

The live competition takes place in San Antonio on August 26, 2025, during day two of the ADI Conference & Trade Show.

Conference guests will sample pours of each drink and cast live votes to determine the People’s Choice Winner.
📜 ADI Rules & Regulations
To compete at the ADI Signature Serve International Invitational, all finalists must agree to the following:
Eligibility Requirements:

Must be 21+ and reside in Texas
-
Must be a professional or working bartender in Texas with active TABC certification
-
Must be available for travel during ADI’s official event dates (Aug 25–27)

Cocktail Submission Standards:
-
Must use Devil’s Grin Gin as the base spirit
-
Recipe must include no more than 6 ingredients
-
Garnishes and techniques must be safely replicable
-
Winner Obligations:
-
Must attend ADI event in person
-
Must participate in pre-event webinar
-
Must sign short-term brand partnership agreement
-
Must adhere to ADI and Devil’s Grin brand representation standards

Code of Conduct:
All competitors must uphold professional standards during competition and representation, including appropriate language, attire, and responsible alcohol consumption.
